Job Description

Junior Monitoring/Automation Analyst, Afternoon

Capco

• Monitor executions of robots and automations in the production environment • Monitor logs, queues, and schedules • Identify failures, errors, and execution interruptions • Perform basic remediation actions (restart, reprocess, rerun) • Log incidents in an ITSM tool • Escalate to the technical team when necessary • Ensure compliance with operational SLAs • Support audits and operational controls • Perform daily/nightly execution validation • Execute verification routines on assigned shifts • Work in a rotating on-call/shift schedule when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in IT, Engineering, Systems, or related fields
  • Experience in system support or monitoring
  • Basic knowledge of automation / RPA / scripting
  • Experience with log analysis
  • Availability to work remotely in the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00 (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
