• Own and deliver the **total revenue target** across assigned accounts and industry • Manage a **balanced revenue mix**: - New business (new logos) - Upselling & cross-selling - Renewals and expansions • Ensure **gross margin adherence** through disciplined pricing strategies • Maintain **accurate forecasting** and pipeline visibility • Build and execute **annual industry growth plans** • Maintain a **healthy pipeline coverage ratio** • Identify, qualify, and pursue **new business opportunities** • Lead full **sales cycle execution**: - Prospecting and qualification - Proposal development - Commercial negotiations - Closing and contract finalization • Drive **strategic industry penetration** • Own a defined portfolio of accounts as the **Account Growth Owner** • Identify and drive **upsell and cross-sell opportunities** • Lead **renewals, contract extensions, and commercial expansions** • Optimize **revenue mix and account profitability** • Act as the **executive-level single point of contact (SPOC)** for clients • Build and maintain **long-term trusted relationships** with key stakeholders • Understand client **strategic priorities and business objectives** • Own **client satisfaction, retention, and growth** • Manage **stakeholder mapping and account dynamics** • Lead **escalations and conflict resolution** • Represent the **voice of the client internally** (without owning delivery) • Develop deep expertise within assigned **industry vertical** • Identify **market trends, risks, and emerging opportunities** • Position the company’s **value proposition** effectively • Act as the **commercial authority** for the assigned industry • Provide structured reporting on: - Revenue performance - Margin performance - Account risks - Growth opportunities • Ensure **early identification of commercial or relationship risks** • Participate in **executive reviews and governance forums** • Align on key milestones (renewals, checkpoints, business reviews) • Own **contract execution and sign-offs** • Ensure contracts align with **revenue and margin objectives** • Secure approvals for **billing milestones** • Act as an **escalation point for collections** in coordination with Finance • Align with **Product, PMO, and Delivery teams** on strategic priorities • Communicate **client needs and commercial objectives** • Escalate risks and dependencies • Maintain **non-operational involvement** (no execution ownership)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5–10 years of experience in **B2B sales, account management, or client growth roles**
- Proven track record of achieving **revenue targets across new business and account expansion**
- Strong experience managing **full sales cycles** (prospecting → closing → renewal)
- Demonstrated ability to **grow existing accounts** through upselling and cross-selling
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in **pricing, margin management, and contract negotiation**
- Ability to build and manage **senior stakeholder relationships** and navigate complex organizations
- Experience working within a **specific industry vertical** (relevant to assigned portfolio)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage **pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and **executive presence**

• Manage day-to-day campaign optimization across a set of advertisers; monitor and hit KPI targets (CPA, ROAS, retention) with guidance from senior growth analysts. • Execute supply-side and audience optimization tactics including publisher management, bid adjustments, and dayparting across ad formats (banner, video, native, CTV). • Run A/B tests on bids, budgets, creatives, and geos as part of broader testing roadmaps; document results and contribute learnings to the Trading Playbook. • Monitor pacing and budget allocation daily, flagging risks and under-delivery proactively. • Build a working understanding of mobile attribution (postback flows, attribution windows, MMP integrations) and how attribution models affect how we measure and optimize campaign performance. • Use SQL to pull and analyze campaign data from internal databases; build comfort with joins, CTEs, and window functions over time. • Learn to leverage LLMs (GPT/Claude) for recurring analyses, data briefs, and performance diagnostics; this is a core part of how our team works. • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools used by the trading team. • Develop your analytical instincts: learn to ask the right questions, understand what's driving performance, and use available tools (SQL, AI, BI tools) to find answers. • Work with CSMs to understand client goals and communicate campaign status clearly. • Support QBR preparation and client-facing deliverables alongside senior growth analysts. • Collaborate with Product Support to troubleshoot delivery issues and with Supply on inventory quality questions.
• Own growth end-to-end for a newly launched company, with profitability as the primary KPI • Design and execute the growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization • Build and maintain a clear growth model defining assumptions, targets, and constraints • Design fast, disciplined experiments to validate demand, channels, pricing, and positioning • Personally own or directly oversee paid acquisition (especially Google Ads and Meta), conversion rate optimization, landing pages and funnel testing, retention and lifecycle systems where relevant • Scale what works, kill what doesn’t—quickly and decisively • Partner closely with product, engineering, and design to translate growth insights into high-leverage changes • Participate in board meetings to share growth strategy, results, learnings, and blockers • Document systems, playbooks, and learnings so they can be reused across future launches • Leverage AI and automation to increase speed, clarity, and effectiveness • Transition growth ownership to a long-term team once the engine is stable and repeatable
