• Do you enjoy working with technology and interacting directly with customers? • Do you want to work in a structured service environment and develop your technical skills? • Then join our team as a Field Service Technician in the Greater Baden-Württemberg area (postal code regions 70–79). • Your responsibilities include the installation, maintenance and repair of IT and POS systems as well as E-Health solutions on-site at pharmacies, medical practices and retail locations. • Carrying out service calls according to predefined processes and checklists. • Documenting work using digital checklists on a tablet provided by us. • Assisting with fault analysis and resolution both on-site and via remote support. • Integrating hardware and software components into existing IT environments according to specifications.
Job Requirements
- Completed technical training or an equivalent qualification — career changers with a strong technical affinity and willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Initial practical experience in supporting POS systems (cash registers), medical IT systems or similar devices is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware and networking technology.
- Customer-oriented, self-reliant and willing to travel within the regional service area (approximately a 150 km radius from your home).
- Driving license class B.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level).
- Friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team.

As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support. This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months. What You’ll Do - Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers. - Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines. - Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues. - Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned. - Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process. - Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation. - Report on trends, needs, and service challenges. - Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation. - Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools. - Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily. - Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction. - Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
