Enterprise Account Executive
CEEZER
• Drive our revenue growth, enabling us to achieve our ambitious targets. • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through closing and beyond, with a proactive, hunter mindset. • Engage with prospective customers to understand their sustainability strategy and carbon credit needs. • Work closely with our Solutions team to develop high-quality carbon portfolios to support client goals. • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and timely deal closures. • Ensure customers achieve their net-zero goals and business objectives by deriving the maximum value of our product. • Partner with Marketing to leverage campaigns that drive engagement and leads. • Attend conferences and travel as needed to meet with prospective and current clients, participate in networking opportunities to build brand awareness, and generate leads.
Job Requirements
- Previous Enterprise Sales experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including account planning and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions compellingly to C-level executives and lawyers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus.
- A valid working permit in Germany.

Role Description We are currently looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Representative. - Identify new business opportunities and constantly strive to maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts. - Own the entire process, including research, org mapping, outreach, prospecting, discovery and lead qualification. - Initiate outbound communication (email, phone, social media) to generate interest and qualify leads. - Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to identify and engage prospective clients. - Successfully build a pipeline of potential clients through different means of prospecting (online campaigns, emails, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as leveraging relationships to generate new sales, develop new business opportunities and strengthen the company's brand. - Work in tandem with Enterprise Account Executives to map out key accounts further strategically. - Update CRM with customer data and record information from new leads and prospects. - Prepare meeting materials (i.e., sales decks, business proposals, etc.) to help support the sales team. - Network with organizations, trade shows associations, local groups, etc. to actively involve in relevant events to build relationships, keep current with trends, and uncover opportunities that lead to sales prospects. Qualifications - 2-3 years experience in Sales, lead generation would be an asset. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset. - Proven track record with a strong focus on new business development including cold calling, setting appointments, presenting and meeting with potential customers, pricing, proposals through to 'closing the deal'. - Strong online research and lead prospecting skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software. - Initiative-taking, results-oriented with a positive and outgoing personality. - Enthusiastic collaborator and a self-starter. - Hunter mentality. - Confident communicator via phone and e-mail; strong verbal and written communication skills.
