• Develop technical proficiency across the combined HPE Networking portfolio—Aruba wired/wireless, ClearPass, Central, Juniper switching, routing, security, and automation. • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs, design solutions, and deliver technical presentations and demos. • Create architectures and proposals aligned with customer objectives; lead proof-of-concept (POC) activities. • Participate in advanced training programs and certifications to deepen expertise in HPE and Juniper technologies. • Work with internal teams and partners to ensure successful solution positioning and adoption.

• Lead the design and development of large-scale communications Distributed Antennas Systems (DAS) in major venues (e.g. airports, stadiums, enterprise facilities), in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering leads and senior management. • Manage Systems Architecture team and Product team in identifying system requirements and developing the platform architecture. Lead all technical activities to characterize, verify and validate system design and performance. • Lead team across all project plans, track team progress, and drive resources to meet engineering commitments. Manage JMA relationships during construction while providing oversight of contractors. • Review project contracts, and ensure team is delivering projects and work product according to contract and customer specifications. Provide wireless engineering to educate customers on the JMA portfolio of products and solutions. Support customer commissioning and design reviews. • Create product competitive benchmarks and demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely. Provide technical guidance and support to customer base.
