Opportunities to experience culinary excellence across our business - Training, mentorship, and career development pathways Job Responsibilities - Identify and convert new business opportunities, supporting tender and proposal processes. - Build a strong new‑business pipeline through proactive outreach and research. - Map and understand target client accounts, building relationships with decision makers. - Evaluate opportunities based on revenue potential, geography, and strategic fit. - Support the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract signing, working alongside experienced subject matter experts. - Contribute to proposal and bid development, coordinating input from internal teams. - Work closely with Finance and Operations to help shape commercially viable solutions. - Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records, ensuring full visibility of pipeline activity. - Ensure compliance, accuracy, and professionalism in everything you deliver. Key Requirements: You don’t need years of experience — we’ll teach you the rest. We’re looking for graduates who are: - Passionate about sales, business development, or the food services industry - Commercially aware and results‑driven - Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities - Self‑motivated, proactive, and resilient - Strong communicators — verbally, in writing, and in presentations - Comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders - Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools A background, degree, or interest in hospitality, food services, business management, or related fields is a bonus — but not essential.
