Key Account Manager
PPG
• Create opportunities for sales through specification development, project and opportunity intelligence gathering, project management, communication, and working the commercial team through to PPG’s success on large new construction and large capital projects. • Develop new and maintain existing specification position within all available documents such as Master, Project, Budget, and Structural Drawings with PPG’s inclusion within the Structural Steel, Fireproofing, Flooring, Pipe, Tank, Secondary Containment, and Field Painting Schedule and Specifications. • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key engineering accounts, acting as the trusted advisor for all project specification-related needs. • Develop multiple contacts within the firm and contract chain to identify sources of influence vertically throughout the firm’s organization. • Identify the contract chain progression including awards of key projects within USCA (United States & Canada) or globally by firm and owner. • Communicate all useful project development, contract awards and developments to the commercial team, management and other members of Engineering and Projects organization, regardless of project location. • Use company provided market data, including project data to both identify new project opportunities and track ongoing opportunities. • Record, maintain, and report key intelligence within company provided CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. • Participate in industry associations to develop contacts and gather client/customer and competitor intelligence. (Examples such as involvement in NACE, SSPC, CIS, and AWWA)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related engineering discipline, especially civil/structural or construction management is preferred.
- Five years’ minimum experience in high performance coatings technical sales or contract chain management
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Valid US driver’s license.
- Minimum of 50% overnight travel by rail and air carriers and company provided automobile.

Strategic Account Manager, Gaming
AdActionDriving High-Intent User Acquisition, Loyalty, and Monetization through Mobile Gaming
• Own a portfolio of active gaming advertiser accounts, with accountability for revenue retention, expansion, and long-term performance. • Develop a deep understanding of each game’s KPIs, monetization models, growth goals, and internal success metrics. • Drive ongoing optimization across supply inventory, creative strategy, and campaign structure to improve CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, conversion rates, and quality scores. • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across new inventory, geographies, platforms, and AdAction products. • Monitor pacing, budget utilization, and performance trends to proactively address risks and unlock growth opportunities. • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for gaming advertiser stakeholders, including UA managers, growth leads, and senior decision-makers. • Lead regular performance reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions with a focus on scaling successful initiatives. • Translate complex performance data into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable next steps. • Proactively manage risks related to performance volatility, budget shifts, or changing market conditions. • Partner closely with New Business teams during advertiser handoff to ensure a smooth transition and strong early performance. • Work with internal Solutions and Product teams to support testing, optimization, creative iteration, and adoption of new products. • Provide structured feedback from gaming advertisers to inform product roadmap priorities and innovation. • Support internal forecasting and planning by providing forward-looking revenue insights and account-level risk assessments. • Collaborate with Finance and advertiser partners to ensure commercial terms support long-term partnership growth. • Build deep expertise in the mobile gaming ecosystem, including genre dynamics (casual, mid-core, hyper-casual, etc.), competitive landscapes, and UA best practices. • Stay current on industry trends such as attribution changes, privacy regulation impacts, AI-driven optimization, and evolving monetization strategies. • Represent AdAction in select advertiser meetings, industry events, and gaming conferences as a knowledgeable and trusted partner.
• Manage end-to-end account lifecycle for banks — from onboarding to adoption and renewal • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at banks: senior management, digital-banking heads, product/ops leads • Understand the bank’s customer segments and digital strategy; tailor proposals leveraging Nuclei’s marketplace, SaaS marketplace, subscription bundles • Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to ensure timely integration and launch • Monitor account health: usage, transaction volumes, customer adoption — and drive upsell/cross-sell • Ensure high client satisfaction; serve as trusted advisor on strategy, not just a vendor • Provide feedback to help shape Nuclei’s product roadmap based on customer needs and market feedback.
