Job Description

Key Account Manager

Nuclei

• Manage end-to-end account lifecycle for banks — from onboarding to adoption and renewal • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at banks: senior management, digital-banking heads, product/ops leads • Understand the bank’s customer segments and digital strategy; tailor proposals leveraging Nuclei’s marketplace, SaaS marketplace, subscription bundles • Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to ensure timely integration and launch • Monitor account health: usage, transaction volumes, customer adoption — and drive upsell/cross-sell • Ensure high client satisfaction; serve as trusted advisor on strategy, not just a vendor • Provide feedback to help shape Nuclei’s product roadmap based on customer needs and market feedback.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales/account management/client success/business development — ideally within fintech/banking/SaaS domain
  • Based in Mumbai (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills — ability to connect with senior decision-makers in banks
  • Good business sense, comfortable with SaaS-based, enterprise sales cycles
  • Self-starter, proactive, comfortable working in a dynamic, agile work environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally internally and coordinate delivery & operations.
