• Drive the vision and execution of the CT Leaders initiative from concept through launch and growth • Develop and implement business strategies with clear metrics for success • Build CT Leaders into a must-have resource that church leaders are proud to identify with • Oversee the transition from CT Pastors to CT Leaders, including rebrand and app development • Recruit pastors, church networks, and thought leaders to participate in and champion the CT Leaders initiative • Build and maintain relationships across diverse evangelical theological traditions and ethnic communities • Identify and engage both recognized voices and "hidden Kingdom jewels" as content providers and thought leaders • Create and facilitate meaningful gatherings for church leaders • Collaborate with Creative to determine design and direction of content • Oversee content creation that provides practical tools, insight, and information for congregational leaders • Ensure content reflects balanced perspectives across the evangelical spectrum and diverse ethnicities • Maintain theological integrity while fostering CT's "Big Tent" commitment to orthodox evangelicalism • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

  • Deep passion for serving and supporting pastors and church staff
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and work effectively across various evangelical theological traditions and ethnic backgrounds
  • Alignment with CT's commitment to fostering Christian community among orthodox evangelicals across areas of respectful disagreement
  • Proven ability to recruit and mobilize leaders, networks, and organizations around a shared vision
  • Strong business acumen with experience building initiatives using data-driven metrics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build a significant, sustainable enterprise
  • Broad theological knowledge with ability to evaluate content for theological balance and relevance
  • Humble, collaborative approach to identifying, recruiting, and elevating diverse thought leaders and content creators
  • Personal platform or recognition as a content provider is preferred
  • Formal journalism training in writing or editing is preferred
  • Experience leading pastoral or church networks is welcomed
