• Manage complex calendars, strategically balancing meetings, events, and essential work margins • Serve as the primary communication gateway, handling correspondence and appointments with discretion and professionalism • Represent CT and the President & CEO in communications when appropriate, maintaining the highest standards of professional representation • Act as a strategic liaison between the President & CEO and internal/external ministry partners, including Board of Directors, President’s Council and major donors • Facilitate relationship management with the President & CEO’s direct reports and convene senior administrators to ensure alignment and collegiality • Coordinate and prepare for high-profile speaking engagements, including but not limited to: Researching and vetting speaking opportunities, Managing event logistics and travel arrangements, Preparing background materials and presentation support • Support media interactions by helping prepare talking points, scheduling interviews, and managing related logistics • Plan and execute domestic and international travel arrangements • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including but not limited to: Mission Advancement fundraising events One-on-one sessions Annual strategy sessions All-staff retreats Regional events, interfacing with external contractors as needed • Manage and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely submission for monthly recording and reimbursement • Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports for assigned departments, adhering to company policies and budget codes • Monitor and maintain accurate financial records related to executive expenses, including tracking expenditures against budgets and flagging any variances • Coordinate and complete detailed expense reporting, including gathering receipts, inputting data into systems (e.g., Concur and Bill), and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained • Develop and implement efficient documentation and administrative systems • Provide comprehensive meeting support through detailed notetaking and follow-up • Assist with special projects that advance the organization's strategic goals • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

• Drive the vision and execution of the CT Leaders initiative from concept through launch and growth • Develop and implement business strategies with clear metrics for success • Build CT Leaders into a must-have resource that church leaders are proud to identify with • Oversee the transition from CT Pastors to CT Leaders, including rebrand and app development • Recruit pastors, church networks, and thought leaders to participate in and champion the CT Leaders initiative • Build and maintain relationships across diverse evangelical theological traditions and ethnic communities • Identify and engage both recognized voices and "hidden Kingdom jewels" as content providers and thought leaders • Create and facilitate meaningful gatherings for church leaders • Collaborate with Creative to determine design and direction of content • Oversee content creation that provides practical tools, insight, and information for congregational leaders • Ensure content reflects balanced perspectives across the evangelical spectrum and diverse ethnicities • Maintain theological integrity while fostering CT's "Big Tent" commitment to orthodox evangelicalism • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

• Maintain CT’s existing robust data management system, perform data audits, and build out/incorporate new integrations for the organization. • Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure comprehensive and accurate data gathering from various sources. • Collaborate proactively with other team members, suggest innovative metrics and construct data pipelines to facilitate advanced analytics as needed. • Lead and manage the migration of data to/from various systems to ensure data synchronization across multiple platforms. • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance data security and ensure adherence to privacy policies and regulations. • Work alongside CT’s finance department to ensure that sales tax is properly collected and oversee transaction files for sales tax remittance. • Track patterns in the customer service ticket systems and provide marketing automation support related to data integration. • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

• Report and write news articles for CT with speed and thoughtfulness • Edit select articles from fellow CT news writers and freelancers • Discover news that is of interest to CT readers • Compose and send CT’s daily email newsletter • Travel for reporting and team meetings • Speak about CT stories on The Bulletin and other CT podcasts • Participate actively and knowledgeably in relevant staff meetings • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

• The Director of Sales builds and leads Christianity Today’s (CT) advertising sales function with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution. • Manage a significant book of business while developing revenue-generating strategies that expand CT’s advertiser base, grow sponsorship revenue, and create integrated media partnership opportunities across CT platforms. • Drive Advertising Revenue Growth & Sales Process: Own a personal sales pipeline, including prospecting, outreach, proposal development, and closing for key advertisers and sponsors. • Engage in direct sales efforts as needed to maximize revenue growth, with sensitivity to theological and denominational diversity. • Sales Function Management: Serve as a hands-on player-coach for CT’s Sales team, overseeing at least one existing salesperson while actively working alongside them on deals and processes.
