Client Implementation Expert
ComPsych
• Use independent judgement and discretion to implement AbsenceResources accounts that are newly transitioned from the sales team • Establish and build strong working relationships between ComPsych team members and AbsenceResources team members • Act as the direct liaison between Human Resources professionals and AbsenceResources during the implementation process • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the assigned accounts' absence policies and related benefits • Conduct external training to provide information and guidance on leave of absence compliance to the customer during the implementation process • Develop a business and communication plan with Human Resources professionals to successfully promote AbsenceResources services • Investigate and resolve account concerns during the implementation process in order to maintain a smooth transition into AbsenceResources services • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BS/BA required in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Account management experience in leave of absence administration, benefits, or human resources related services a plus
- 1+ year of project management experience required
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
- Stable work history required
- If internal, must be within an absence Expert role for at least 1 year

Role Description The overall Accounting Software Implementation Specialist role has a dual focus: - Lead the successful implementation of Veracross Business Modules focusing on complex projects requiring an understanding of Accounting, systems, and Veracross products. - Continually improve the implementation processes and procedures using subject matter expertise and experience. This position is the entry point to this team. Job Responsibilities - Deliver Accounting platform consulting and organizational change management to complex Business Offices, large and small. - Platform transition options consulting: Evaluate, demo, and revise setup options through discovery and collaboration with the client. - Orchestrate successful Business Office change management: Document, socialize, and deploy tailored configurations once approved. - Business Office workflow consulting: Create documented models to support the school's Business Office in leveraging the Veracross Accounting module. - Develop Business Office implementation project plans based on the Accounting module configuration alongside the Veracross Lead Project Manager. - Develop and orchestrate tailored Accounting support handoffs. - Mentor clients in their chart of accounts design as needed. - Coach Implementation Managers from basic to moderate Accounting consulting proficiency. - Write and update internal documentation to support continuous improvement of a standardized, best practice Accounting implementation process. - Lead direct training engagements for strategic and high-complexity Accounting offices. - Develop and maintain Accounting module product feedback from direct consultations. - Achieve consultation success on time and on budget. - Participate with Marketing and Sales in 2-3 Independent School Business Office conferences a year. Qualifications - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience. - Accounting degree, coursework, or relevant experience in a Business Office setting. - 2-5 years of experience implementing Accounting software, including data conversion; experience with SaaS a plus. - Experience in leading Veracross Full Accounting Implementations, or similar SaaS accounting implementation experience preferred. - Experience as part of an independent school business office running a SaaS accounting platform a plus. - Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and processes. - Skilled user of technology, comfortable learning and using various systems. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and presentation delivery. - Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction. - Ability to learn complex, enterprise-level software systems to teach others. - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis. - Highly organized with the ability to self-manage in a remote and/or hybrid work environment. - Ability to travel up to 15% of the time if needed. - Authorized to work in the United States.
