Principal Specialist, Customer Engineer – Platform & AI/ML
Alteryx
• Strategically architect complex, modern-stack AI-enabled analytics solutions • Act as the lead technical champion for Alteryx One global initiatives • Lead the design and integration of end-to-end AI/ML lifecycles • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to design autonomous agentic workflows • Govern the implementation of sophisticated ETL, Data Quality, and Alteryx strategies • Serve as a mentor to senior and junior Sales Engineering staff
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional functional experience
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in AI/ML solutions architecture and enterprise cloud strategy
- Advanced LLM & Generative AI Expertise
- Expert-level skills in Python or Java for custom AI development
- Mastery of API services and orchestration tools
- Expert-level architectural proficiency and professional certifications with one of the 'Big Three' cloud ecosystems
- Deep technical expertise in architecting AI solutions leveraging Cloud Data Warehouses
- Strong command of modern enterprise security frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Formal Education: Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field

Role Description The overall Accounting Software Implementation Specialist role has a dual focus: - Lead the successful implementation of Veracross Business Modules focusing on complex projects requiring an understanding of Accounting, systems, and Veracross products. - Continually improve the implementation processes and procedures using subject matter expertise and experience. Job Responsibilities - Deliver Accounting platform consulting and organizational change management to complex Business Offices, large and small. - Platform transition options consulting: Evaluate, demo, and revise setup options through discovery and collaboration with the client. - Orchestrate successful Business Office change management: Document, socialize, and deploy tailored configurations once approved. - Business Office workflow consulting: Create documented models to support the school's Business Office in leveraging the Veracross Accounting module. - Develop Business Office implementation project plans based on the Accounting module configuration alongside the Veracross Lead Project Manager. - Develop and orchestrate tailored Accounting support handoffs. - Mentor clients in their chart of accounts design as needed. - Coach Implementation Managers from basic to moderate Accounting consulting proficiency. - Write and update internal documentation to support continuous improvement of a standardized, best practice Accounting implementation process. - Lead direct training engagements for strategic and high-complexity Accounting offices. - Develop and maintain Accounting module product feedback from direct consultations. - Achieve consultation success on time and on budget. - Participate with Marketing and Sales in 2-3 Independent School Business Office conferences a year. Qualifications - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience. - Accounting degree, coursework, or relevant experience in a Business Office setting. - 2-5 years of experience implementing Accounting software, including data conversion; experience with SaaS a plus. - Experience in leading Veracross Full Accounting Implementations, or similar SaaS accounting implementation experience preferred. - Experience as part of an independent school business office running a SaaS accounting platform a plus. - Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and processes. - Skilled user of technology, comfortable learning and using various systems. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and presentation delivery. - Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction. - Ability to learn complex, enterprise-level software systems to teach others. - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis. - Highly organized with the ability to self-manage in a remote and/or hybrid work environment. - Ability to travel up to 15% of the time if needed. - Authorized to work in the United States. • Responsible for the validation of data, workflow, procedures, and processes within the loan area(s) which may include our other applications • Works independently with clients during the onboarding process to resolve any issues and engage other team members as needed • Works with banking product providers including but not limited to bill pay, imaging, and core processing • Travels to customer site for implementation if requested
• Install Infrasys Cloud and related products on customer site • Analyze customer needs and configure the system by observing the Major Account standards • Configure the system to meet country specific legal fiscal requirements • Ensure multiple user, and service model concept meets the customer operational workflow • Provide possible solutions for functional gaps and work closely with the Product Management to archive project targets • Train the staff in the best and most practical use of the software • Report accurate project status and act proactively to achieve the project goal • Take the customer site live and provide technical support after going live • Be the technical point of contact for the customer during the project life-cycle and answer any operational and application requests in a timely manner • Assist Product Management to test new releases and new functions • Perform Release updates if required • Support the support organization while not with the customer • Provide pre-sales support to the regional sales team.
• Responsible for executing remote implementation activities, encompassing both on-premise customer systems and cloud-based systems. • Conducts technical reviews of project designs and coordinates as required with technical implementation and engineering teams. • Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the satisfaction of project technical requirements. • Leads remote field-testing activities necessary for customer projects and/or new product introductions. • Develops a comprehensive understanding of and articulately communicates Miovision’s product and technology portfolio to customers. • Develops and delivers customized solutions to fulfill customer requirements. • Prepares technical documentation for internal integration and/or product customization requests. • Provides internal and customer-facing technical training as needed. • Identifies, documents, and promotes efficiency and automation enhancements in collaboration with engineering and product management. • Translates technical requirements from the customer to Miovision’s product development team to implement or enhance appropriate solutions. • Provides escalated technical support, and customer service as necessary. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
