• As the Business Suite Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for the Veracross Business Suite in Australia and New Zealand — the finance and accounting backbone used by independent K–12 schools to manage their general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Based in Australia, you will work closely with Australian and New Zealand schools, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, user-centric financial solutions that meet the needs of school business offices in the ANZ region and beyond. • The Integrated Business Suite Team is responsible for all Veracross financial solutions, included in the Business Suite; tuition billing, student payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other school finance workflows. The team is composed of fintech, accounting, and payments experts who work to simplify and optimize business office operations for independent schools across Australia, New Zealand, and globally.

• Deliver Accounting & Student Billing platform consulting and organizational change management to complex Business Offices, large and small. This multi-month implementation consulting consists of: • Platform transition options consulting: Through discovery and collaboration with the client, evaluate, demo, and revise setup options. • Orchestrate successful Business Office change management, where the tailored configurations, once approved, are documented, socialized, and deployed. • Business Office workflow consulting: Create documented models to support the ways the school's Business Office can best leverage the Veracross Accounting & Student Billing modules to support their operation. • Alongside the Veracross Lead Project Manager, develop Business Office implementation project plans based on the Accounting & Student Billing module configuration. • Develop and orchestrate tailored Accounting & Student Billing support handoffs. • Mentor clients in their chart of accounts design as needed. • Coach Implementation Managers from basic Accounting consulting proficiency to moderate Accounting consulting proficiency. • Write and update internal documentation to support continuous improvement of a standardized, best practice, Accounting & Student Billing implementation process, including training and adoption. • Lead direct training engagements for strategic and high-complexity Accounting offices. • Develop and maintain Student Billing & Accounting module product feedback that emerges from direct consultations. • Achieve consultation success on time, and on budget. • Participate with Marketing and Sales in 2-3 Independent School Business Office conferences a year.

• Responsible for growing and managing sales pipeline and closing sales to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR sales quota. • Perform outbound prospecting to target accounts with the goal to grow pipeline and close new logo sales. • Follow-up on and progress Sales Development Marketing Qualified Leads to convert to pipeline opportunities. • Provide Sales Demonstrations to articulate Veracross value across school departments targeting buyer personas. Work closely with Sales Engineers to provide product demonstrations to schools. • Build a trusted rapport with prospects by helping them identify their challenges and demonstrating how Veracross can be the strategic solution for their needs. • Manage contacts, leads and opportunities through a defined sales process in Salesforce.com. • Responsible for documentation of all sales-related information and activity with detailed notes on client interactions in Salesforce.com allowing for accuracy of pipeline and forecast opportunities. • Work collaboratively with North America sales team members, Marketing, Client Experience and Product Management. • Be a visible team player, bringing clear thinking, strategies, and ideas that align to our values and culture. • Learn and maintain relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with partners and schools. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, sales operations, and finance to identify ways to decrease the sales cycle, increase sales velocity, and maximize bookings within the Western United States. • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients by extending company offerings.

• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence. • Own the technical roadmap for the assigned product suite, aligning engineering strategy with product vision and long-term business goals. • Drive modernization efforts, guiding the team as we evolve legacy systems into scalable, maintainable, next-generation architectures. • Provide technical oversight across the stack, ensuring high-quality design decisions, consistent patterns, and strong engineering fundamentals. • Champion AI-assisted development, helping the team adopt agentic tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and workflow automation. • Partner closely with product and design, translating requirements into actionable engineering plans and ensuring smooth, iterative delivery. • Coordinate cross-team integrations with our Student Information System, Admissions, Fundraising, and other platform areas. • Improve engineering processes, including CI/CD, code review practices, documentation standards, and developer experience. • Guide technical discovery and risk assessment, ensuring the team makes informed decisions and delivers predictable outcomes. • Represent the engineering team in planning, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership discussions. • Support integrations with third-party systems commonly used by private K-12 schools.

• Contribute meaningfully to the engineering organization at both the individual and team level. • Serve as an internal advocate and educator for developer tooling — run training sessions, labs, and internal demos. • Build and evolve the tooling, workflows, and platform capabilities that enable engineers to deliver high-quality software efficiently. • You will own the GitHub platform, pipeline and repository standards at Veracross. • Modernize and standardize our development ecosystem — from repository structure to CI/CD pipelines to AI-assisted workflows. • Use AI agents and copilots to generate code, debug issues, write tests, and optimize performance across multiple stacks. • Create best practices for AI instructional files accross repositories and push those standards and best practices forward. • Provide technical mentorship and guidance on best practices, tooling, and AI-first development patterns. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate specifications into efficient, repeatable workflows. • Integrate with other product areas, ensuring DevEx tooling supports systems like our SIS, Admissions, and Fundraising platforms. • Enhance internal tools and developer workflows through automation, intelligent integrations, and lifecycle-spanning pipelines. • Assist in documenting systems, architecture, and engineering processes, ensuring clarity for both humans and AI agents. • Work to drive meaningful context into the AI development ecosystem at Veracross to enable the AI tooling to probvde better and more robust options for engineers. • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems commonly used in our domain.
