Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in financial and administrative management.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Zoho Books, Zoho Sign, WorkDrive, Excel/Sheets).
- Organized, reliable, and results-oriented profile.
- Clear communication skills and strategic vision.
- Intermediate technical English is desirable.
- Advantage: Experience with technology companies or international services.
- Knowledge of compliance and audit processes.

The Finance Systems Analyst at Chainalysis plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and administration of our Finance & Accounting systems architecture. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Finance Systems. The ideal candidate partners closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements. They work side-by-side with the Senior Finance Systems Administrator to design solutions and document the associated technical specifications. Clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to provide status updates and timelines is essential. A foundation in administering financial systems is also required. Success in this position depends on building strong relationships with our business partners, from Finance and Accounting executive leadership to the operational stakeholders responsible for critical company processes. The ideal candidate leads with a people-first mindset—whether that’s focusing on the user experiences we create or the relationships they build with peers and business partners.
