• Produce and edit videos for campaigns, training sessions, and events (DaVinci Resolve, OBS, Canva, Adobe). • Adapt visual content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Zoho Backstage, Profit-Tech Academy). • Write short, creative scripts based on brand strategy and Profit-Tech products. • Work closely with the Marketing, Events, and Academy teams to ensure visual and narrative consistency. • Create thumbnails, captions, and standardized templates using Profit-Tech branding. • Contribute to the production of corporate and educational videos with accessible and professional language.

• This is a remote position. • The Web Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Profit-Tech's websites, applications, and integrations, with a focus on automation, performance, and user experience. • This professional will work...'s publications, etc • Create and maintain corporate websites and campaign landing pages. • Develop and integrate APIs and corporate systems (Zoho, AWS, among others). • Develop scripts and automations for internal processes. • Assist with server configuration and hosting optimization. • Participate in project meetings and propose technical improvements. • Contribute to the growth of the company's and clients' digital infrastructure.

• Design scalable, secure architectures on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, etc.) • Implement virtual private clouds (VPCs), IAM policies, and security best practices • Support migrations of legacy systems to AWS using tools such as AWS MGN, DMS, and CloudEndure • Automate provisioning and monitoring processes with CloudFormation and CloudWatch • Perform cost audits and apply optimization strategies (Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, Spot Instances) • Collaborate with Profit-Tech finance and CRM teams to integrate Zoho with AWS • Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams for clients and partners • Contribute to governance and standardization best practices within the Profit-Tech ecosystem

• Research new tools and capabilities within the Zoho and AWS ecosystems. • Test integrations and automated workflows. • Support the technical team with proofs of concept (PoC). • Create technical documentation and innovation reports. • Contribute to the development of new internal digital solutions.

• The Project Coordinator (PMO) will coordinate and monitor Profit-Tech’s internal and external projects, ensuring deadlines, tasks, and communications between teams are met efficiently. • Responsible for organizing schedules, tracking deliveries in Zoho Projects, generating progress reports, and supporting integration between the Implementation, Finance, and Commercial departments. • Will participate in follow-up meetings with the CEO and area leaders, maintaining clarity on the status of strategic projects and helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve internal processes.

• Prospect and qualify leads (LinkedIn, company website, Upwork, and events). • Prepare commercial proposals and company presentations. • Lead strategic sales meetings and online presentations. • Log and track all opportunities in Zoho CRM. • Coordinate negotiations and closings using Zoho Sign. • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Cloud teams. • Create performance reports and conversion metrics.

• Implementing and customizing Zoho CRM modules (Deals, Leads, Pipelines) • Setting up workflows, blueprints, and custom functions (Deluge) • Integrating Zoho Projects and Zoho Books for delivery and finance automation • Supporting client onboarding and documenting key processes • Coordinating with designers and the finance team on client proposals

• Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts. • Support digital marketing campaigns and event launches. • Assist in producing copy, images, and short videos for promotion. • Collect and analyze basic engagement and traffic metrics. • Participate in meetings and propose creative content ideas.

• Develop and maintain the Profit-Tech Design System for use across all platforms (Zoho, AWS, website, events, courses, presentations). • Create layouts, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma, Canva, or Zoho Sites. • Design visual interfaces (UI) for Profit-Tech dashboards, reports, and internal portals. • Map and optimize navigation flows and user experience (UX). • Support the marketing, video, and events teams with visual campaigns and presentations. • Ensure all products adhere to Profit-Tech's visual identity and brand guidelines. • Contribute improvements to usability and clarity in both internal and external interfaces.
