• Implement and optimize financial modules in Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics and Zoho Flow. • Create automated Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow and Balance Sheet reports. • Integrate financial data from banks, spreadsheets and systems into intelligent dashboards. • Automate routines for expense and revenue control and bank reconciliations. • Support the Cloud and ERP teams in integrating AWS with financial reporting. • Develop reusable templates and reports for clients and partners. • Work directly with Profit-Tech leadership to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. • Document processes and create financial automation tutorials for internal use and training.

• Manage and organize contracts, payments, and disbursements to partners. • Execute and review bank reconciliations and financial transactions. • Manage cash flow, and fixed and variable expenses. • Use and maintain up-to-date records in Zoho Books and Zoho Sign. • Prepare financial reports and support strategic decision-making. • Manage administrative and accounting files in Zoho WorkDrive. • Support executive management in internal audits and international expansion processes.

• Own the full annual budget process for the Niskayuna Aerospace Research site • Lead forecasting, pacing, and monthly/quarterly reporting for key financial KPIs • Collaborate with GRC platform leaders and engineering operating/finance teams • Partner with operational leaders to provide proactive financial direction and support • Serve as P&E process owner for the site, improving and leveraging existing processes • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, tools, and reporting • Partner with the government accounting team to provide audit support • Work closely with the controllership team to complete monthly/quarterly/annual closing activities • Act as an escalation point for internal billing issues • Exemplify and role-model GE Leadership Behaviors
