• Assume the CEO role in one of the established portfolio companies • Actively shape and further develop the business model • Take full responsibility for the company’s buy-and-build approach • Drive rapid growth through two to four acquisitions per year (Buy) • Ensure successful integration of new acquisitions and delivery of organic growth (Build) • Represent the company in marketing and sales to internal and external stakeholders, particularly investors and M&A advisors • Define and implement corporate objectives • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal policies

• Assume the CFO role in one of the newly founded portfolio companies • Develop and implement the financial strategy • Take responsibility for financial planning, budgeting and cash management • Analyze and evaluate investment and financing projects • Secure equity and debt financing and implement capital measures • Actively shape the business model • Drive rapid growth through two to four acquisitions per year • Ensure successful integration of new acquisitions • Build and maintain business relationships with banks, investors and other external partners
