Financial Automation Specialist
Profit-Tech
• Implement and optimize financial modules in Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics and Zoho Flow. • Create automated Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow and Balance Sheet reports. • Integrate financial data from banks, spreadsheets and systems into intelligent dashboards. • Automate routines for expense and revenue control and bank reconciliations. • Support the Cloud and ERP teams in integrating AWS with financial reporting. • Develop reusable templates and reports for clients and partners. • Work directly with Profit-Tech leadership to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. • Document processes and create financial automation tutorials for internal use and training.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate finance, controllership or financial automation.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics and Zoho Flow.
- Ability to interpret financial reports and translate data into practical automations.
- Knowledge of Deluge Script, API integrations and FinOps.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills and ability to work remotely.
- Technical-level English or fluency in Portuguese.
- Experience with AWS Cost Explorer, QuickSight or Power BI (a plus).
