Inside Sales Representative

• Own Fortinet quoting end-to-end for assigned opportunities, ensuring fast, accurate turnaround aligned to agreed SLAs. • Create, validate, and maintain quote configurations across Fortinet hardware, software, subscriptions, support, renewals, and services (as applicable). • Manage and progress deal administration including opportunity hygiene, quote revisions, approvals, and documentation to support order conversion. • Provide expert guidance on Fortinet deal structures (e.g., renewals, co-terms, trade-ups, expansions, multi-year constructs) and ensure the correct commercial treatment. • Coordinate pricing requests and approvals (e.g., special pricing, deal registration, discounts, promotions/rebates where applicable) through the relevant Fortinet and distributor processes/tools. • Proactively identify risks and issues (configuration, compliance, pricing validity, stock/lead time, partner eligibility, approval delays) and escalate early with clear options and recommendations. • Maintain high-quality quotations always ensuring a 95% accuracy rate. • Partner with our Operations team and cross-functional teams to reduce rework, improve quote-to-order conversion, and standardise Fortinet quoting practices. • Support peak-volume periods through prioritisation and workload management while maintaining accuracy and service quality. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, proposing process enhancements, and supporting documentation/training for Fortinet quoting standards.
Job Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience in Fortinet quoting and opportunity management within a distributor, reseller, or vendor environment.
- Demonstrated experience using Fortinet partner/vendor tools and/or distributor quoting systems to generate and manage quotes through to order.
- Strong working knowledge of Fortinet product and licensing constructs (e.g., subscriptions/support renewal structures and common upgrade/expansion scenarios).
- Experience coordinating approvals for non-standard pricing and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of pricing requests.
- Highly regarded: prior experience at a Fortinet distributor or at Fortinet (vendor).
- Fortinet training/certification (where applicable) is advantageous.
