• Support sales processes, customer meetings and commercial activations with retail and account partners • Provide operational and product support to retail partners, including tailored solutions • Execute product launches, brand launch campaigns and retail marketing initiatives • Support B2C events, trade shows, in-store activations and broader brand experiences • Manage influencer collaborations, product seeding/distribution and content partnerships • Execute local PR activities in line with the global strategy, including media and agency coordination, press enquiries and PR events.

• Leading the localization and implementation of the global brand and commercial strategy • Ensuring full alignment across all marketing disciplines with a strategic focus on trade marketing, channel activation and integrated communication • Overseeing development, approval and performance of marketing materials, campaigns and activities for retail partners • Providing senior guidance, presentations and tailored marketing solutions that drive joint business growth • Managing implementation of the global POS excellence strategy and e-commerce guidelines • Developing comprehensive, data-driven media strategies, adapting global creative assets to market needs • Building and maintaining valuable relationships with media partners, industry organizations and opinion leaders within the safety, fashion and lifestyle sectors • Planning, orchestrating and executing brand strategy at trade shows, consumer events, PR events and retailer activations • Ensuring a strong brand presence and reputation across all industry-relevant channels and communities • Providing direction for the creation of digital content, including social media assets and online banners
