SMB Account Executive – 2
Momentive Software
• Own and manage a portfolio of SMB accounts. • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecast, and performance. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates. • Other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience managing SMB accounts and navigating the full sales cycle.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and tools, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc).
- Ability to analyze account performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling SaaS products.
