Position Summary Austin, Remote Thales is looking for a Enablement Analytics & Reporting Manager. Reporting to the Head of Global Sales Enablement, this role helps bring clarity and insight to how our enablement programs drive performance. You’ll build reliable dashboards, connect enablement data to key sales metrics, and use automation to keep reporting accurate and efficient. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys finding stories in the data and turning them into practical recommendations that help the business grow. Key Areas of Responsibility - Build and maintain reporting frameworks across CRM, CMS, LMS, and other enablement systems. - Develop executive dashboards in Power BI to track training completion, content engagement, and program adoption. - Connect enablement metrics to sales KPIs such as pipeline creation, win rates, quota attainment, and ramp time. - Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity across all systems through strong governance and documentation practices. - Automate reporting and data workflows to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. - Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align metrics and reporting with business priorities. - Manage user access, distribution lists, and license administration for all enablement owned tools. - Translate insights into data-driven recommendations that improve program design and drive measurable sales impact. Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or operations roles supporting Sales Enablement or Sales/Solutions Operations. - Curious and adaptable, eager to experiment with emerging technologies. - Deep understanding of sales enablement programs and seller workflows, including how training, content, and tools drive pipeline, performance, and deal outcomes. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable business recommendations. - Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake). - Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL for data modeling and querying. - Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail in KPI tracking and system maintenance. - Skilled in using AI and automation tools to synthesize complex data and accelerate reporting efficiency. - Highly collaborative, comfortable liaising with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
