• You manage exciting digital projects — from planning to go-live — ensuring time, budget and quality are met. • You clarify requirements, lead scoping workshops and translate ideas into clear tasks. • You define acceptance criteria and create clear, actionable tickets for all stakeholders (UX, design, development). • You identify risks early and find pragmatic solutions before issues arise. • You coordinate clients, internal teams and external partners, creating transparency around tasks, responsibilities and project status. • You ensure structure, clear processes and effective communication within the team and with all stakeholders. • You actively contribute to proposal creation — from structuring and effort estimation to final alignment with the team. • You lead workshops and facilitate meetings — both internally and with clients.
Job Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a digital agency environment or in e-commerce / PIM / CMS
- A good understanding of business context and project metrics
- Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to make complex topics understandable and to drive projects to a successful conclusion
- A structured and reliable working style
- Ideally, you have a degree in economics, business informatics, media studies or a comparable qualification.
- Fluent German (minimum CEFR level C1 – certificate) and fluent English

Role Description Precisely’s Channel & Ecosystems team is expanding and we are looking for a talented Partner Enablement Manager to train, enable, ready and certify our 750+ Channel Sales partners.
