Role Description As a Product Owner at Chooose, you will own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for your domain. You’ll work with a core team of engineers and designers to build products that enable the largest aviation fuel suppliers and fuel buyers to accelerate their lower carbon fuel business processes. What you'll do: - Own the vision, roadmap and execution for a Chooose domain, balancing intuition with data. - Deeply understand the aviation fuel market and our customers’ needs by spending time with customers. - Drive high-velocity execution with a distributed team of engineers and designers. - Prototype rapidly using tools like Cursor to accelerate the product development lifecycle and fast-forward to production-ready products. - Stay deeply plugged into AI tooling, industry trends, and emergent applications, filtering signal from noise and applying it to accelerate execution for the Product team. - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations. Qualifications - BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related). - Minimum 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience in an enterprise context. - Strong customer empathy and design thinking. - Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on tools. - Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems, such as prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation, and the judgment to translate these into reliable, user-facing products. - Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments (Figma). - Fluency in data and experimentation, and understanding when the answer cannot be found in the data. - Proven ability to lead small, technical teams toward ambitious product goals with urgency. - Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, synthesizing complex systems into compelling narratives. - Native-level English writing and speaking skills. Requirements - Experience building in financial, enterprise, or other compliance-heavy domains requiring precision and complex systems thinking. - Experience in high growth startups. - Experience getting results on a distributed team. - Polish language skills. Not for you if - You prefer product strategy briefings over hands-on delivery. - You’re not building with AI. The interview process At Chooose, we prioritize transparency throughout our interview process. If your qualifications look like a fit, we’ll begin with a few introductory conversations where you'll have the chance to discuss your experience and learn more about our company. The second phase varies depending on the role and will most likely involve a practical exercise to show your work. The third and final phase consists of a few one-on-one conversations with members of the executive team. The process should take approx. 4-6 weeks. While we strive to keep to this timeline, the occasional adjustment may occur; we’re focused on ensuring enough time to get to know one another. Benefits - Compensation will be based on experience and skill, commensurate with market rates, and will include both a monthly fee and equity in Chooose.
