• Develop and enhance web applications and internal systems; • Work on Full Stack development using .NET, React/Angular and SQL; • Develop APIs and system integrations; • Support technical improvements, performance and scalability; • Participate in technical definitions and refinements; • Handle bug fixes, maintenance and continuous evolution of applications; • Support multiple projects concurrently according to technical prioritization

• Support the creation and evolution of interfaces for systems and digital products; • Develop wireframes, layouts, flows, and interactive prototypes; • Create visual components and support the evolution of the company’s Design System; • Participate in alignments with Product, Technology, Data, and business areas; • Support usability improvements and user experience enhancements; • Work on multiple projects simultaneously; • Ensure visual consistency and standardization of interfaces; • Support validation and refinement of new features; • Assist in the creation of presentations, visual materials, and strategic prototypes.

• Lead strategic product initiatives and system evolution; • Structure the roadmap, backlog, and prioritization of requests; • Translate business needs into scalable solutions; • Act as the interface between Product, Technology, Data, and Operations; • Conduct discovery, refinement sessions, and functional alignments; • Support the definition of flows, business rules, and user experience; • Monitor product indicators, metrics, and product evolution; • Ensure organization and direction of deliveries; • Support strategic decisions focused on operational efficiency and technological advancement.

• Develop and maintain Full Stack applications using .NET, React, and Angular • Build high-performance, scalable REST APIs • Contribute to architectural decisions and the technical evolution of applications • Develop new features and provide maintenance/support for existing systems • Work with SQL queries, data modeling, and query optimization • Implement integrations between systems and microservices • Participate in code reviews and apply development best practices • Collaborate with Product, Data, Operations, and Technology teams • Ensure application quality, performance, and security • Take part in agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, and retrospective)

• Work across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment). • Develop solutions according to the defined architecture and development standards. • Propose technical and architectural improvements in collaboration with the team. • Write clean, scalable code with a focus on quality. • Participate in technical alignment meetings and requirements gathering. • Collaborate with the IT team on system evolution and integration.

• Support the creation of interfaces and digital experiences for web systems. • Develop wireframes, navigation flows, and prototypes. • Participate in building layouts and visual interface components. • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams to understand user needs. • Assist in conducting user research and usability testing. • Contribute to improvements in the user experience (UX) of existing systems. • Help create and organize design systems and interface patterns.

• Apoiar na gestão e evolução de produtos , garantindo alinhamento entre tecnologia, negócio e experiência do usuário. • Apoiar na definição de roadmap de produto e priorização de backlog. • Levantar e organizar requisitos e histórias de usuário junto às áreas internas. • Trabalhar em conjunto com times de tecnologia, UX e stakeholders para desenvolver novas funcionalidades. • Participar de reuniões de planejamento, acompanhamento de entregas e refinamento de backlog. • Acompanhar indicadores de produto e propor melhorias com base em dados e feedback dos usuários. • Apoiar pesquisas de usuário e iniciativas voltadas à melhoria da experiência do usuário (UX). • Garantir que as entregas estejam alinhadas com a estratégia do produto e objetivos do negócio.
