• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships • Capture, analyze and evaluate customer needs and communicate them appropriately within the organization • Protect and maintain market share in the region • Acquire new customers • Targeted acquisition of new customers in line with the agreed sales strategy • Monitor revenue for the defined sales territory • Convey monthly meeting outcomes and relevant market information to the organization • Prepare and contribute to market and competitor analyses • Support campaigns and HUMMEL sales events • Negotiate prices and terms within defined limits • Define and implement corrective actions in case of budget variances • Ideas are not only welcome — they are encouraged
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk)
- Further training in business administration
- Experience using a CRM system
- Technical understanding to explain the product portfolio
- Independent and self-motivated working style
- Industry knowledge of Hummel AG's key sales markets
- Valid driving license (Class B)
- German (C2)
- English (B2 or better)
- Good MS Office skills
- Technical or product-specific additional qualification (desirable)
- Knowledge of electrical connection technology (desirable)
- Project management experience in sales (desirable)
- Methodical competence in building/implementing a distribution network (desirable)
