Operations & Account Manager
Supplement Hub
• Du übernimmst die volle Ownership für das Amazon-Backend (Seller Central) und stellst sicher, dass alle Workflows (Content-Pflege, SEO-Optimierung, Flatfiles) fehlerfrei laufen. • Du entwickelst und dokumentierst skalierbare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) für unsere Junior Manager und übernimmst die finale Qualitätskontrolle (Double-Check-Instanz). • Du stellst die „Launch-Readiness“ für neue Produkte sicher – von der Keyword-Recherche bis zum finalen A+ Content. • Du überwachst die Kern-KPIs (Conversion Rate, TACOS, OOS-Rate) und leitest proaktiv Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab. • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Founder-Team an Automatisierungsprojekten, um manuelle Aufwände nachhaltig zu reduzieren.
Job Requirements
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2–3 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Amazon-Ökosystem (idealerweise im Bereich Supplements, FMCG oder Beauty), entweder auf Agenturseite oder in einer schnell wachsenden D2C-Brand.
- Du beherrschst die Klaviatur des Seller Centrals blind und hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Amazon-SEO und die Psychologie von High-Converting Content.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine extrem gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Helium 10 sowie Excel (Pivot/Datenanalyse) und hast eine Affinität für Prozessautomatisierung.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

We're looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and ready to build, maintain, and grow effective long-term relationships with our clients. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with Civis’ clients to understand their business initiatives and challenges, enabling clients to derive value through the use of Civis’ customer analytics and data science software and solutions.
