Account Executive
Cybrid
• Drive new business acquisition with FI’s and other strategic verticals. You will lead the buyer group managing multi-stakeholder buy-in across Executives, Product, Risk, and Compliance. • Architect and manage strategic partnerships to scale Cybrid’s revenue through channel partners. • Serve as a subject matter expert on stablecoin payment orchestration. Tie value propositions around stablecoin payments You must be comfortable explaining flows of funds and how different use cases could solve client problems. • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the sector.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record of selling mission-critical infrastructure to Financial Institutions.
- The 'Builder' Mentality: You possess the discipline of a corporate executive but the heart of an entrepreneur. You are comfortable working without a massive support marketing or pre-sales team and enjoy creating the processes you use.
- Institutional IQ: Deep familiarity with the North American banking landscape, specifically the 'Big 6' Canadian banks and the US core banking ecosystem.
- Complex Cycle Mastery: Proven ability to navigate 12-18 month sales cycles involving rigorous InfoSec audits and regulatory scrutiny.
- Domain Fluency: Strong understanding of payment rails (ACH, Wire, EFT), ISO 20022, and the strategic utility of stablecoins in B2B finance.

• Build own pipeline • Responsible to hit and exceed revenue quota • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts • Understand client needs and hunt for new business opportunities • Identify potential customers and set approach strategies • Retain and develop strong and long-term client relationships • Act as the liaison between clients and resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively • Negotiate contracts and close agreements • Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met • Compile and analyze data to identify trends in the market • Other duties as assigned
