Job Description We’re looking for a Partner Alliance Manager to own and grow our strategic relationship with Broadcom VMware. This role is laser-focused on driving partner alignment, maximizing program benefits, and accelerating VMware-related revenue across our sales and services teams. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things Broadcom VMware—bridging strategy, execution, and field enablement in a fast-changing partner landscape. What You’ll Do - Serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and Broadcom VMware partner teams. - Own the Broadcom VMware partner strategy, including program compliance, tier optimization, and roadmap alignment. - Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through joint planning, campaigns, and co-selling motions in collaboration with our Go To Market team. - Enable GTM, pre-sales, and services teams on VMware portfolio changes, licensing models, and go-to-market motions. - Fully understand deal registration, incentives, MDF, and partner benefits. - Coordinate QBRs, executive briefings, and joint account planning with Broadcom VMware in conjunction with GTM team. - Track and report on partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue attribution. - Collaborate with marketing on VMware-focused demand generation and field events. - Act as an internal advocate during program shifts, contract changes, or policy updates from Broadcom VMware.
