Role Description The AI Transformation Consultant is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for providing technical guidance to the organization with regard to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This role will help shape RegEd’s AI roadmap, evaluate emerging technologies, guide investment decisions, and deliver production-grade AI applications. This includes: - LLM powered applications - RAG-based document intelligence - Chatbots - Copilots - Autonomous AI agents Specifically, this role will: - Assist in the discovery and evaluation of potential AI applications for the company’s products and operations. - Advise on the plan for, and prioritization of, potential applications. - Coordinate resources required for the design and development of the applications within the company’s AI platform & architecture, as defined by the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect. This role will also work closely with the company’s Enterprise Program Management function regarding the discovery, prioritization, and strategic alignment of planned applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI infrastructure, with the ability to design intelligent, autonomous systems that enhance operational efficiency and accelerate innovation. Success requires strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability, and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and business stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field. - 7+ years of experience, including proven experience with AI/ML systems. - Applicable experience with: - LLMs and agentic workflows - RAG architectures and semantic search - Vector databases and embeddings - Prompt engineering and evaluation methodologies. - Production experience with cloud AI environments. - Strong understanding of secure architecture, privacy considerations, and enterprise-scale systems. - Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes. - Clear enterprise AI architecture adopted across teams. - Production-grade AI systems delivering measurable operational efficiency. - Established governance and evaluation standards for responsible AI. - Cross-functional alignment on AI roadmap and investments.
