Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in career consulting
- Significant HR/Recruiting and/or Business experience, usually in a corporate setting
- College degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick study with technology; strong MS Word skills
