ERP Consultant – Finance

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate and improve financial processes within supply chain and manufacturing environments using ERP solutions. • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives focused on finance and accounting functions. • Translate business and financial requirements into ERP system configurations and process improvements. • Provide expertise in job costing, manufacturing accounting, and product costing. • Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with financial reporting requirements, compliance standards, and internal controls. • Analyze financial workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency, automation, and data accuracy. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial processes. • Perform requirements gathering, solution design, system testing, and user adoption activities. • Deliver clear documentation, training, and guidance to ensure successful system utilization. • Participate in client meetings and consulting engagements, both virtual and onsite.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience working in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly financial modules, in supply chain or manufacturing settings.
  • Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Job Costing, Manufacturing Accounting, Product Costing.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes within a supply chain environment.
  • Solid understanding of ERP system concepts, structure, and data flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a consulting/professional services environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
