• Keep the bank account structure up to date, and manage the KYC process with banks • Develop a thorough understanding of the store operation, the POS and EZ+ platforms, as well as the credit/debit card operation at the stores, to provide support required to resolve issues related to card operation • Collaborate with the cash team on month-end duties, mainly focused on booking journal entries and reconciling items • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Cash Accounting supervisor • Manage the account opening and closing processes with banks, as well as the process to update signatories in the accounts • Work with banks on the KYC process to meet their requirements • Provide support to the US stores regarding credit card issues • Pull data from banking portals to support month-end duties as needed • Assist the cash accounting team with month-end duties such as booking journal entries and reconciliations

• Own the performance of all pricing methods across all merchandise categories against sales, pricing, and field-satisfaction KPIs. • Lead the strategy of HOW we price: which categories need direct input pricing (DIP prices) tied to retail prices, which parameters drive the Historic Pricing method, which manufacturers and models are covered in the product master data (MDM), and which categories require price buffers. • Trigger WHEN pricing methods need to be optimized, based on performance signals and early-warning indicators. • Define the vision, roadmap, and requirements for AI-driven pricing products — translating model performance into business outcomes and championing AI adoption across the pricing function. • Partner with Data Science to build and operationalize pricing experimentation infrastructure — pilots, A/B tests, trigger logic, and monitoring — including the introduction of a partner-developed AI pricing model (Scoop). • Drive automation and data quality across the pricing pipeline with Data Science and Data Engineering — replacing manual processes with scalable, AI-assisted systems and leveraging Gen AI/LLM product matching to improve the product master data (MDM), aliases, and pricing parameters. • Build the analytical methodology, trigger logic, and response playbook alongside the Pricing Analysts — who own pricing diagnostics and root-cause analysis — then own the trigger-to-action workflow: classify pricing issues (data anomaly, aliasing, MDM, or methodology), recommend a fix, estimate the impact, and communicate it to business stakeholders (Earning Assets). • Guide the integration of external and competitive prices into pricing methods to keep prices market-aligned. • Ensure stable prices during transitions and manage the risk of pricing releases through pre- and post-release analysis. • Prioritize the pricing backlog, balancing immediate enhancements against strategic builds. • Communicate pricing performance, planned changes, and expected business impact to business and executive stakeholders, guiding data-driven pricing decisions and AI adoption.

• Develop pricing strategies and responsible for pricing diagnostics across all EZCORP operating countries • Pull data directly from company databases (SQL), build analyses and visualizations in Python • Perform root cause analysis on pricing performance issues and communicate insights to leadership • Produce weekly/monthly pricing reporting for all operating countries • Coordinate with key stakeholders to validate findings and communicate insights to leadership • Utilize Claude Code as an analytical co-pilot for diagnostics • Serve as lead and mentor for the Global Pricing Analysts, set analytical standards, and develop team skills

• Own the performance of lending, measured by Net Revenue ROI across all customer segments (buckets), drop rate, behavior by segment, share of loans within guidance • Lead the strategy of HOW we lend: ALG (automatic lending guidance) ranges, the CQI (Customer Qualification Index) model and its objective function, and the point-of-sale (POS) user interface for lending decisions • Trigger WHEN ALG ranges and CQI logic need to be re-evaluated based on portfolio performance • Identify WHERE behavioral issues are impacting lending results and drive corrective action with field operations • Define the vision, roadmap, and requirements for AI-driven lending products, translating model performance into business outcomes and championing AI adoption across the lending function • Partner with Data Science to redesign and improve the CQI pilot and testing methodology for the US and Latam, including pilot launch and monitoring • Lead the review and optimization of current ALG ranges • Partner with Data Science to model the Team Member Qualification Index (TQI) • Build lending experimentation and monitoring infrastructure with Data Science

Role Description The Senior Manager of Operational Accounting provides leadership, support, and consultation in all areas of operational accounting. This role maintains a system of internal controls that ensures the company adheres to financial reporting policies, SEC and US GAAP requirements, and other compliance-related activities. Key Areas of Responsibility - Oversees the month, quarter, and year-end close processes for operational accounting, including account reconciliations and financial statement schedules. - Serves as company-wide owner of lease accounting (ASC 842) and administration of the Lucernex lease management system. - Leads SOX 404 compliance for operational accounting, including control design, documentation, and remediation. Critical and Essential Tasks - Leads and reviews the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for operational accounting, ensuring accurate and timely journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement schedules. - Performs variance analysis for assigned areas of responsibility, identifying and explaining fluctuations to actual and budget/forecast, and escalating anomalies to the Corporate Controller. - Serves as the company-wide subject matter expert for lease accounting under ASC 842, including lease classification, initial and subsequent measurement, and disclosure requirements. - Prepares audit schedules, PBC (prepared-by-client) items, and supporting documentation for quarterly reviews and the annual audit; serves as a primary point of contact for external auditor requests. - Designs, implements, and maintains internal controls over financial reporting for operational accounting processes to ensure SOX 404 compliance, including control documentation, walkthroughs, and evidence retention. - Identifies opportunities to improve close efficiency, automate manual processes, and strengthen controls across operational accounting. - Hires, trains, develops, and retains competent accounting staff; conducts performance evaluations and manages staff development plans. - Builds a collaborative, team-oriented culture within the group and across cross-functional finance/accounting partners. - Supports M&A integration activities (accounting onboarding, opening balance sheet reviews, SOX scoping) for acquired entities as needed. - Completes other duties and special projects as assigned by the Corporate Controller. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience, including 1-5 years of previous management responsibility. - Hands-on experience with lease accounting under ASC 842 required. - Experience with lease management systems (Lucernex preferred) strongly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. - Certified public accountant (CPA) required.
