Title: Demand Generation Manager Location: Remote Full Time Entry Level Growth & Demand Generation Manager Location: Remote / Hybrid Comp: $85-95K base, $110K OTE About Us Brij is a venture-backed, high growth software startup based in NYC. Our AI-powered platform helps omnichannel consumer brands gain valuable data to "bridge" online and offline audiences to drive revenue across channels. Our suite of tools including warranty registration, sweepstakes & rebates empower brands to connect with their consumers wherever they shop. We work with some of the best brands in the world including Heineken, Feastables, Momofuku, Health-Ade, Skullcandy, and Gozney. We're a lean, diverse team with a bias toward action and extreme ownership. Our customer-first mindset drives everything we do, and we're excited to build the future of omnichannel commerce. The Role As Brij's Growth & Demand Generation Manager, you'll own the engine that fills our pipeline. You'll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth across paid and outbound channels, running experiments, scaling what works, and building the systems that turn interest into qualified opportunities. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves both strategy and execution. What You'll Do - Drive top-of-funnel growth and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads into the pipeline. - Own and execute paid advertising strategy across LinkedIn, Google, and other B2B channels. - Own and execute outbound strategy, including sequences, targeting, messaging, and tooling. - Optimize conversion rates across the full top-of-funnel, from first touch to booked meeting. - Identify, test, and scale winning growth loops across channels and audience segments. - Run structured experiments across ads, landing pages, messaging, and top of funnel steps. - Define and track key performance metrics including CAC, pipeline conversion rates, and ROI on paid advertising. Who You Are You're a strong fit for this role if you have: - 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing. - 1-3 years running B2B paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn and/or Google experience preferred). - 1-3 years working in HubSpot, with hands-on experience managing workflows, sequences, and reporting. - Comfort building landing pages and ad creative using AI tools — you don't wait for a designer or developer to get things live. - A proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth, not just activity metrics. - A bias toward experimentation; you form a hypothesis, test it fast, and know how to read the results. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy. Why Join Brij? - Impact: Play a direct role in shaping the growth of an emerging category and see your work influence top-tier brands. - Ownership: This is a high-autonomy role — you'll set the strategy and run the plays, not just execute someone else's playbook. - Growth: Work alongside a high-caliber team with opportunities to grow as the company scales. - Flexibility: Remote-first with hybrid options and NYC HQ access. - Compensation: Competitive salary, benefits, and flexible work arrangements. - Culture: A lean, collaborative, fast-paced team focused on ownership and outcomes.
