• As a Manager in Transformation Consulting, you take responsibility for the successful design, governance and delivery of transformation programs for our clients. • You typically operate at manager / project-lead level in a consulting context and guide teams, workstreams and clients confidently through complex change. • You work closely with decision-makers up to C‑level, develop clear target states, steer SteerCos, own roadmaps and ensure sustainable implementation. • Beyond content leadership, you take ownership of proposal development and client growth — and become part of a team that lives trust, courage and excellence.
Job Requirements
- Consulting DNA: You have at least 5 years of experience in a management, strategy, transformation or digital consultancy — ideally with experience at more than one firm.
- Lead with Impact: You have led transformation programs end-to-end in a consulting context — from analysis and target-state definition through roadmap to implementation and adoption at the client.
- Business Development: You have co-developed proposals, defined scopes or shaped pitches and are eager to actively grow client relationships.
- Trusted Advisor: You confidently manage C‑level stakeholders, SteerCos and critical decision forums and can structure and navigate complex situations clearly.
- Program & Project Management (Consulting): You are responsible for scope, governance, milestones, risks and benefits in demanding client programs — not just delivery, but real transformation.
- Storyline & Communication: You can develop executive storylines, decision papers and business cases that persuade — concise, visual and to the point.
- Team Leadership: You lead teams and workstreams confidently, coach consultants and take ownership for outcomes and quality.
- Language: You are fluent in German (C1+) and have strong English skills to operate confidently in international contexts.
