• You develop comprehensive test strategies and plan test phases. • You coordinate the necessary personnel and technical resources to ensure optimal test coverage. • You oversee and control test processes in agile projects. • You identify, analyze and document software defects. • You develop measures for the continuous improvement of test processes.

• You analyze clients’ business processes, identify opportunities for AI and automation, provide end-to-end consulting on Microsoft AI and Power Platform solutions, and develop clear solution concepts, target architectures, and technical implementation steps. • You design and develop advanced agents using Copilot Studio — including topic architecture, data integration, plugin integration, and orchestration. • You implement AI scenarios technically based on Azure AI / AI Foundry and integrate them into existing system landscapes. • You design complex Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) and intelligently connect them with AI components. • You conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and future-proof. • You run workshops, present architecture concepts, and develop realistic use cases — both internally and externally for our clients. • You take full ownership of technical and domain consulting for clients and can independently represent projects and architectural decisions. • You act as a technical mentor for our junior consultants in the AI space, establish best practices and reusable templates, and actively drive the sustainable development of internal AI competencies.

• You develop and implement cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure. • You integrate Azure Service Bus for messaging and event-driven architectures. • You implement and manage APIs using Azure API Management. • You incorporate Copilot Agentic AI to automate and optimize processes. • Development and integration of databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) are also part of your responsibilities. • You work closely with our architects and DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code. • You are responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of the solutions you develop.

• As an IT Specialist (m/f/d) in System Integration, you can specialize with us in various areas related to server infrastructure, Azure Cloud Services and Microsoft 365 platform services. • You help make our clients' IT and processes future-proof. • You support the implementation of digitalization projects for our clients, for example when introducing new structures, integrating with the cloud ecosystem, and throughout the entire process. • As part of our IT service management, you ensure the subsequent operation of the new infrastructure. • You independently use downtime for your own professional development and strive to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

• Interface to the data landscape: you integrate REST services and extract data from a wide range of sources. • Modern data engineering: you design and automate data pipelines and process and transform data using Apache Spark and Spark Notebooks (PySpark/SparkSQL). • Data modeling: you prepare data for analysis and take care of semantic modeling. • Customer focus: you analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions together with the team. • Teamwork & community: you support junior consultants and working students, contribute to community projects, and share your knowledge, e.g. in blog posts.
