Zusätzlich denkst Du Beratung nicht nur projektbasiert, sondern produktisiert und skalierbar. • Leadership & Organisationsentwicklung: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für strategische Initiativen auf NU ON -Level und führst sie messbar zum Erfolg. Als Kulturträger lebst Du Ownership und Accountability vor und entwickelst unsere Organisation strukturell wie kulturell konsequent weiter. • Transformation End-to-End: Du verantwortest komplexe Transformationsprogramme ganzheitlich – von Scope, Governance und Meilensteinen bis zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung. Du führst mehrere Initiativen parallel und stellst höchste Qualitätsstandards sicher. • C-Level Sparring: Du agierst als Trusted Advisor auf Augenhöhe, schaffst Klarheit in komplexen Situationen und übersetzt Strategie in wirksame Transformation.

• As a Manager in Transformation Consulting, you take responsibility for the successful design, governance and delivery of transformation programs for our clients. • You typically operate at manager / project-lead level in a consulting context and guide teams, workstreams and clients confidently through complex change. • You work closely with decision-makers up to C‑level, develop clear target states, steer SteerCos, own roadmaps and ensure sustainable implementation. • Beyond content leadership, you take ownership of proposal development and client growth — and become part of a team that lives trust, courage and excellence.
