• Prüfen, kontieren und buchen sämtlicher Belegarten. • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach deutschem HGB. • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen. • Bearbeitung von Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen. • Verwaltung des Zahlungswesens, inklusive der Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und der Pflege von Kreditorenstammdaten. • Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Verwaltung der gesamten Buchhaltung.

• Full responsibility: You oversee the entire accounting function and prepare financial reporting under HGB (German Commercial Code) for our diverse clients. • Trusted advisor: You provide sound, solution-focused guidance to clients on VAT regulations, communicating clearly and confidently. • Financial statements expert: You independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and ensure their quality. • Strategic partner: You proactively communicate financial insights and provide valuable recommendations to our clients. • Process optimizer: You implement modern financial processes and quickly adapt to new tools (e.g., DATEV, SAP, Navision).

• Review, code, and post all types of accounting documents • Assist with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Preparation of VAT advance returns • Processing of travel expense and credit card statements • Managing payment operations, including processing incoming invoices and maintaining vendor master data • Accurate and diligent management of the overall accounting function
