Role Description The Lead Purchasing Agent, Fixture Purchasing will manage core financial and business processes for small fixture requests, fixture storage, and fixture write-offs for both Ross and dd’s Discounts. Role Description To accurately and timely enforce all lease provisions of assigned portfolio between Ross and its Landlords including but not limited to the processing, review or audit of Landlord billed CAM Reconciliations, Real Estate Taxes, and Reduced Occupancy (ROP) claims.
