We are seeking metric-driven recruiters who will work very collaboratively with our new client to attract and hire top talent throughout multiple regions in the US. They identify as being extremely detail oriented and thriving in an environment with many moving parts and fast paced requisitions. These recruiter positions are hourly, assignment based, flex positions. Location: Remote Responsibilities: - Screen and screen a high-volume number of candidates each week, conduct virtual video interviews, and move candidates swiftly through the remaining stages of the recruitment process. - Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement). - Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate. - Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement. - Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success. - Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. - Perform additional responsibilities as required. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of recent high volume recruitment experience. - Proven success achieving recruitment metrics including conducting 30 or more screens each week. - Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours. - Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. - Extreme sense of urgency - Detail oriented and highly organized. - Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Proven track record of designing and implementing full recruiting life-cycle strategies to attract and hire professional, managerial and technical positions on various levels. - Experience in developing creative recruitment solutions utilizing online job boards, job fairs, advertising, college recruitment, social media, career networks and referral programs. - Excellent and professional written and verbal communications skills. - Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively. - Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of reliability and responsibility. - Detail oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills. - Discreet, able to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately. - Strong time management skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization. - Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives. - Strong creative problem skills are required. - This position may require 20 % of travel nationwide. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA: - BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a closely related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis - A minimum of 4 years Human Resources recruiting experience required; in a healthcare environment preferred - MHRM, MBA or an advanced degree in a related field preferred - PHR or SPHR strongly preferred - Previous experience utilizing the internet, databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates PAY RANGE: $70,396 - $100,565 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
