BizLink Mobility

• Act as the primary technical liaison and subject matter expert for Bizlink’s data center power solutions. • Provide in-depth support, solution design guidance, and troubleshooting to drive product adoption and implementation. • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders. • Conduct on-site visits frequently to support product integration and troubleshoot issues. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on product capabilities.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (intake meetings through offer acceptance) • Develop standardized hiring processes across all locations • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals • Build talent pipelines for high-turnover and critical roles • Coordinate interviews and hiring workflows • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover) • Reduce agency spend by increasing direct sourcing • Any other tasks assigned by management
