In this position, you’ll take full responsibility for the end‑to‑end processing of ROI payroll across designated business areas. You’ll ensure all payroll activity is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while providing clear reporting and expert support to both managers and employees. Your work will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a seamless payroll experience across the organisation. 💡 About the Role In this role, you will: - Manage the end‑to‑end processing of ROI payroll, ensuring all payments, deductions, and adjustments are completed accurately and on schedule. - Prepare and submit Revenue returns, including PSRs, corrections, and year‑end submissions. - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and confidentiality. - Review and validate timesheets, contracts, new starters, leavers, and changes to ensure payroll integrity. - Produce payroll reports and reconciliations to support finance and audit requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for payroll queries, providing clear and timely responses to employees and managers. 🎯 What You’ll Bring We don’t expect perfection.
