SAP Payroll Implementation Lead

• Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup. • Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations. • Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks. • Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams. • Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness. • Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of French payroll regulations.
  • Fluent in French (min. C1 level) and English.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent by experience.

The Sr. Payroll Tax Specialist will be responsible for communication and customer service for tax issues and will act as a subject matter expert for these taxes.
