FinOps Analyst

• Execute and oversee end-to-end reconciliation processes for transactional financial flows, ensuring proper recording and audit compliance. • Review automated reconciliation outputs, analyze discrepancies, and identify potential issues or risks. • Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies detected during reconciliation processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. • Ensure all reconciliation and control processes are executed in line with defined SLAs. • Monitor financial flows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity. • Support internal and external audit processes, providing clear documentation and traceability. • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within FinOps operations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Finance Operations, Reconciliations, Audit, or FinOps roles, ideally in multinational or fintech environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to work with large transactional datasets.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, with experience performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to change, and work autonomously under pressure.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
