Operations Analyst – Contractor Role
Gridware
• Monitoring real-time data streams from field sensors and responding to alerts. • Consistently following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to investigate and localize real-time faults with minimal error. • Quickly and efficiently working with Supervisors on ad-hoc data requests, and following up during ongoing investigations.
Job Requirements
- STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
- Proficiency in English - must be able to efficiently communicate event information
- Basic understanding of data analytics and anomaly detection
- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, proactive, able to perform duties without supervision
- Being willing to work night shifts and weekends
- Ability to work 40 hours per week

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period.
