Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, payroll administration
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential employee and company information with strict discretion and integrity
  • Experience working on HR topics for US-based employees
  • Candidates based in the Philippines are preferred
  • Experience supporting global payroll or distributed teams
  • Experience coordinating payroll inputs or compensation tracking
