• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and employment practices across the United States, Poland, and Mexico. • Support end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and human‑centered employee experience; coordinate equipment and access management in partnership with IT. • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and documentation, ensuring full compliance with legal and organizational standards; collaborate closely with accounting to provide payroll‑related data. • Manage and administer employee records and People Operations processes through BambooHR, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency. • Stay informed about HR trends, regulatory updates, and best practices, proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of People Operations procedures, tools, and systems. • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and performance‑related practices. • Promote full compliance with ethical, legal, and internal standards, empowering managers to lead with confidence, accountability, and responsibility. • Recommend, support, and help implement new HR policies and procedures, ensuring existing policies are regularly reviewed, updated, and clearly communicated. • Ensure compliance with internal Performance Management and OKR processes; audit execution and progress and prepare regular reporting and insights for area leaders. • Coordinate company events as needed and maintain strict confidentiality across all HR processes and employee matters.

• Support an upcoming project involving member communications for a major healthcare insurance provider • Translate member letters and other critical documents • Help individuals understand and manage their healthcare coverage

• Elaborate price and time estimates for translation projects • Monitor the progress and budget of all projects and provide status updates to the Project Manager • Maintaining spreadsheets for internal and client use, in real-time • Create purchase orders for providers • Prepare files for translation and set-up projects • Write clear and complete project instructions • Review files before delivery to the client • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with vendors around the globe • Provide administrative support as needed • Facilitate effective communication within the international project team • Contribute to a positive and healthy work environment

• Review and interpret client contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation. • Identify contractual and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Lead client audit coordination (5–6 per year on average). • Maintain ISO audit readiness (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 17100 preferred). • Support SOC 2 alignment in collaboration with internal teams. • Ensure certifications remain current and compliant. • Partner with Business Development to prevent blind contract execution. • Oversee compliance-related registrations, renewals, and certifications. • Manage structured documentation and reporting. • Support administrative decision-making processes. • Ensure organized and accessible compliance records.
