Customer Relationship Project Manager

• Leads and owns deliverables with customer specific projects • Identify strategic opportunities for Senior to create value with new customers • Creates, cultivates and maintains strong customer relationships throughout all levels of the organization • Participates in the resolution of customer concerns, contract enforcement and analyzes operational processes • Acts as liaison between customers and company departments • Manages the customer RFP process from beginning to end • Ensures Senior is on any relevant customer incoming RFP • Presents opportunities to applicable Senior businesses • Coordinates, participates in and submits RFP responses • Maintains an RFP log • Manages customer expectations regarding production capabilities, quality and OTD • Establishes and develops relationships with key stakeholders • Liaises between customers and leaders at applicable Senior businesses • Coordinates and supports in-person customer visits and engagement sessions • Aides in supporting Senior businesses with the creation/execution of a tactical and strategic plan • Attends required cross-functional meetings to align company obligations with customer contractual lead times • Coordinates customer inquiries and replies for information pertaining to modifications of existing or potential contracts • May determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required and five years’ experience or equivalent combination
- Minimum 4 years in the sales, customer service or contracts administration function in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the aerospace or industrial industry highly desirable
- Customer focused, maintains high energy and sense of urgency
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm in the face of adversity
- Able to quickly analyze data and generate countermeasures that meet customer expectations and organizational objectives
- Efficient in the use of Power Point presentation tools and Excel spreadsheets
- Bilingual (English/French) highly desirable.

Role Description WSDOT is seeking a skilled professional to serve as a Relocation Specialist (PAS4) within the Headquarters Real Estate Services (HQ RES) team. Among the varied range of responsibilities held within this role, the Relocation Specialist will: - Independently provides relocation assistance that is considered complex and non-complex in nature for both residential and non-residential displacements. - Attend project meetings on-site, in the office, and virtually to gain an understanding of project details and schedules. - Perform on-site fieldwork, including project relocation needs assessment, personal occupancy survey interviews, comparable housing inspections, and on-site in-person notification delivery and advisory services. - Prepare Relocation Assistance Plans. - Assist displaced people with Advisory Services. - Investigate and determine relocation eligibility based on in-person contacts and interviews. - Prepare and deliver required notices. - Calculate and explain relocation entitlements. - Present relocation entitlements to displaced persons. - Inspect replacement housing for compliance with decent, safe, and sanitary standards and monitor move activities. - Assist displaced people in filing relocation assistance claims and processing claims for review, approval, and payment. - Maintain, complete, and review all relocation activities and documents to ensure a final relocation file, complying with federal regulations and state law, is preserved on record. Role Description The Scheduler/Data Entry Specialist performs all aspects of Anesthesia scheduling data collection and data entry as defined by the specific needs of the division to include but not limited to: - Receiving, collecting, entering, and maintaining data from/into various databases. - Answering incoming calls from surgeon’s offices, hospitals, surgery centers, and patients. The base pay estimate for this role is $19.95 - $31.92 hourly. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
