Organizational Overview: Our Analytics organization comprises of data analysts who focus on enabling strategies to enhance customer and partner experience and optimize business performance through data management and development of full stack descriptive to prescriptive analytics solutions using cutting edge technologies thereby enabling business growth Role Summary/Purpose: Manager, Analytics -OnePay (Individual Contributor) role is a part of India Analytics Hub (IAH). The role will deliver on business and organizational priorities, in close collaboration with US Analytics and IAH teams. The role involves developing analytical solutions across marketing planning, measurement and optimization, customer analytics, targeting & segmentation, forecasting, etc. areas to identify growth opportunities , optimize business strategies and derive actionable insights across customer journey. Key Responsibilities: - Support One Pay India and US analytics and marketing teams in the design and execution of marketing campaigns and tests for the OnePay portfolio - Own end-to-end daily, weekly, and monthly reports, report findings and open items to leadership. - Proactively propose, initiate, execute and own strategic projects that create business impact. - Regularly communicate with stakeholders on Project - Understand requirements and deliver on ad hoc requests whenever required - Facilitate meetings with US Portfolio analytics team, including making presentations as necessary - Spearhead use of the latest tools and techniques in the industry and leverage for portfolio growth. - Responsible and committed to the last mile execution of projects. - Contribute to internal initiatives, perform other duties and/or special projects, as assigned Required Skills/Knowledge: - Minimum 2 years of experience in building analytical solutions to drive strategy with positive outcomes and measuring impact - Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau experience with an ability to leverage advanced algorithms and be efficient in handling complex/large data sets - Good working knowledge of statistical tests, distributions, regression, maximum likelihood estimators, etc. - Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Tableau with superior data visualization and story boarding skills - Ability to work in matrix organization, make and enable data driven decisions - Demonstrated ability to manage complexity/ambiguity and multiple initiatives - Proven ability to work independently, yet as key member and contributor to a broader team - Experience in credit card or financial services will be a plus Desired Skills/Knowledge: - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage effectively with a broad range of audiences including senior business leaders, other senior analytics leaders, and highly technical talent - Ability to influence business strategies and decisions based on analytical insights - Experience with modeling/forecasting, and strong understanding of targeting and segmentation Eligibility Criteria: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any other quantitative streams with 2+ years of hands-on relevant analytics/data science experience. Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of specified degree Work Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose.
