Position Summary The Manager, Enrollment is responsible for leading teams to enable and expedite the enrollment and activation of newly referred families into Careforth's Structured Family Caregiving program. This individual is responsible for driving process efficiencies that optimize the customer experience and decrease timelines for consumers to access services, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. In partnership with sales operations they will leverage data and analytics to optimize growth within their assigned markets. The Manager, Enrollment is responsible for managing a team to meet performance and quality goals while strengthening referral relationships and drive operational efficiency. This individual will create and maintain a person-centered business culture that delivers quality, continuous improvement, employee and caregiver engagement, and high performance. What You Will Do - Lead and manage a team of professionals to meet or exceed activation goals - Develop and manage workflow, capacity, and performance metrics to effectively manage resources achieve growth goals - Serve as a change agent to identify and implement cross functional operational efficiencies with a focus on scalable growth - Build, coach and develop a high performing team to meet departmental goals with a focus on continuous improvement - Partner with clinical and compliance resources to achieve quality objectives; ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards - Stay current on industry, market and community trends - Develop and manage strong relationships with current and prospective partners in assigned markets and represent Careforth at provider, advocacy, local, state, and partnership meetings as needed - Other projects and duties as assigned What You Will Bring - 7+ years of experience in long term services and supports (LTSS), home and community based-services (HCBS) or managed care, preferably in a business development or customer-facing role - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a health care or social services discipline - 3+ years of progressive experience managing staff and operations, including budget responsibility - Proven ability to grow business in a highly regulated environment - In-depth knowledge of geriatrics and services to elders with complex medical conditions and people with developmental disabilities You'll Benefit From At Careforth your well-being matters.
