• You advise people on one of the most important decisions of their professional life — a state-funded continuing education program. • You handle pre-qualified leads and guide people through the entire advisory and closing process. • In conversations you identify which educational program truly fits the individual — with the goal of finding the right offer for their situation. • You maintain your customer contacts and sales processes in our CRM system HubSpot. • You keep an eye on your sales KPIs and always know where you stand. • You work closely with internal teams — because good advice rarely happens in isolation. • You maintain contact with the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) and other relevant partners.
• You take ownership of our entire marketing and e-commerce portfolio. • You decide on the content and structure of the learning paths. • You develop practical exercises and learning paths for participants. • You monitor and analyze KPIs for your courses. • You incorporate modern, AI-powered tools into your work. • You work closely with various internal teams.
• Subject-matter ownership of three core courses: Corporate Accounting & Financial Management, Practical Financial Accounting, and Financial Accounting with DATEV — you know them in depth, keep them up to date, and further develop them. • Design practical exercises and learning paths that reflect real workplace situations and build skills. • Identify gaps in the existing portfolio and report them proactively. • Brief and manage external subject-matter experts and review/approve their contributions. • Run regular live formats with participants, such as webinars or Q&A sessions. • Keep an eye on the market: certifications, tools, exam regulations, and competitors. • Actively integrate AI tools into the workflow. • Work closely with Product Operations, media design, editorial, and the rest of the learning design team.
• At OneCareer you will build our new indirect sales channel to consistently scale our QCG business (subsidized corporate training) through lead partners and resellers. • You acquire the right partners, enable them to perform, and manage the channel to deliver clear results—strategically and operationally—with high ownership and direct reporting to the Head of Sales. • You build our indirect sales channel: identify, qualify, and recruit lead partners and resellers. • You decide who we work with and who we don't. • You manage both partner types: pure lead providers (they deliver qualified, deal-ready leads; we close) and selling resellers (they close deals themselves), each with appropriate terms and enablement. • You are responsible for commission and contract models: negotiate terms, close agreements, and ensure incentives remain aligned for both sides over the long term. • You lead partner onboarding and enablement: training on the product portfolio, QCG and funding logic, pitch and sales materials. • You manage each partner's performance: regular pipeline and business reviews and a clear performance framework. • You own lead ownership and channel conflict: set up deal registration and clear lead-ownership rules, separate partners cleanly from each other and from the internal funnel, and keep escalation paths lean. • You are the interface to Sales: ensure clean lead handovers and smooth collaboration with our internal teams. • You work closely with the Head of Sales: reporting, shaping channel strategy, and providing input on CRM and process topics.
• Guide prospects through their journey • Conduct 30–50 initial conversations with warm leads • Qualify leads and schedule 15–20 consultation appointments per week • Listen actively and ask the right questions • Hand over to the closer when appropriate

• You will strategically evolve the entire Customer Success function — from processes and playbooks to team structure • You will decouple service quality from team size by implementing AI-supported workflows, automations, and self-service formats • You will build a performance dashboard that turns satisfaction, usage, and placement data into actionable management decisions • You will lead the CS team both disciplinarily and professionally — with the goal of developing people, not just distributing tasks • You will create an environment where feedback is direct, expectations are clear, and performance is visible • You will design scalable onboarding processes that engage participants from day one and guide them throughout the learning journey • You will be responsible for key KPIs: NPS, onboarding completion rate, course completion rates, first response time, resolution time • You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations — acting as the strategic voice of the customer perspective • You will maintain relevant stakeholder relationships, including with job centers, and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards
